NJU shines at 8th National Embedded Chip and System Design Competition for College Students

From August 10th to 13th, the National Final of the 8th (2025) National Embedded Chip and System Design Competition for College Students, guided by the Chinese Institute of Electronics and hosted by the China Education Society of Electronics, concluded at the Nanjing Integrated Circuit Training Base. In this competition, teams from Nanjing University won 6 national first prizes, 8 national second prizes, and 3 national third prizes, as well as two prizes sponsored by the companies Boliu Jingying and D-Robotics.

The Competition is held to enhance the independent innovation and engineering practice capabilities of college students across the country in the fields of embedded chip and system design, and programmable logic device application. It aims to cultivate outstanding talents with innovative thinking, the ability to solve complex engineering problems, and team spirit. While enlivening the campus atmosphere for innovation, entrepreneurship and academic research, it promotes the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in talent cultivation.

NJU's outstanding achievements in this competition are inseparable from its high-quality undergraduate education and the effective management of extracurricular practices by its National Demonstration Center for Experimental Electronic Information Education. These achievements not only represent high recognition of the participating students' professional literacy and creativity, it is also a powerful testament to NJU's educational and teaching achievements in related fields, and a successful implementation of its educational philosophy of promoting learning through competitions.

In the future, the Center will continue to deepen the education reform in the field of embedded chip and system design. Centering on the goal of end-to-side artificial intelligence, it will focus on cultivating students' ability to practice, innovate and work as a team, so as to further promote NJU's discipline construction and talent cultivation.
